Community Transport Driver

We currently have opportunities available in our Patient Transfer Services team as a full time or casual Community Transport Driver in the following locations:

• O’Connor
• Kelmscott
• Belmont
• Rockingham
• Mandurah

You will be responsible for responding to pre-booked and non-emergency transport calls for patients who are clinically stable. Patients may be transported for a variety of reasons including leaving hospital to return home, transportation to an aged care facility or to a lower acuity hospital such as a rehabilitation unit or transfer to a medical facility or clinic for a pre-booked appointment.

The full-time position includes 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
