Join St. Joseph's Home Care as a Registered Nurse focusing on community-based wound care. Serve adult clients in their homes while making a positive impact through specialized nursing practices.
This position allows you to work full-time or part-time while utilizing your skills in wound management. You will closely work with clients and other healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans that enhance each client’s quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective wound and continence care to clients
• Develop and modify personalized care plans
• Provide education and support to clients and caregivers
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance in care delivery
• Participate in the evaluation of nursing protocols
