Company Director-[Eltoma:3571] - Singapore

Position: Flexible Arrangement.Location: Singapore.Duties & responsibilities:Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a registered filing agent with ACRA. International clients of Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd require a director for their Singapore companies to satisfy statutory requirements of the Singapore Company Act. A director will not be involved in the international clients' businesses. This role is to satisfy Singapore's compliance requirements. Director duties will include signing the commercial, corporate and statutory compliance documents prepared by Eltoma’s professional staff. Eltoma (Singapore) Pte ensures that each Singapore company of our international client is in full compliance with ACRA and IRAS, providing corporate secretarial, bookkeeping and tax services to our clients’ companies, performed by a professional staff. ‍A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment to assess competency.
