Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Head.

2. Sees to it that the vehicles are properly maintained, serviced at the right time and that they are in good running condition.

3. Safety services the officers/employees on official business outside office to their destination.

4. Takes note of dates of registration and takes the necessary step to have the vehicles registered at the proper time.

5. Ensure that repairs are done when necessary.

6. Delivers documents and other materials as directed by the Administrative Head.

7. Prepares trip ticket indicating: destination, passenger, mileage per trip of the company vehicle.

8. Perform other duties as may be the Administrative Head and President.
