Job Summary
Transport products and passengers to designated locations safely and on time. Plan and follow the best route to ensure timely delivery of products and passengers. Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before transporting products and passengers.
Key Accountabilities
- Product delivery
1.1. Safely and accurately delivers products to customers' designated locations, ensuring products are in excellent condition upon arrival.
1.2. Plans the most efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery period.
1.3. Maintains logs of delivery on a weekly/daily basis.
1.4. Provides exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally during delivery.
1.5. Oversees loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
