• Hands-on experience with
  Family Investment Company (FIC)
  structures
• Strong understanding of
  different classes of shares
  and their practical and tax implications
• Proven experience in setting up
  UK companies and partnerships
• Drafting and reviewing:
• Shareholders' Agreements
• Articles of Association
• Partnership Agreements

Desirable / Preferred Experience

• Experience with
  trust structures

• Business trusts
• Employee trusts
• Bare trust arrangements for minors
