Job Qualification:

Ø  Act as the first responder during workplace medical emergencies, providing basic first aid, healthcare assistance, and conducting health assessments to prevent work-related illnesses and injuries.

Ø  Develop, implement, and monitor health, wellness, and preventive programs, including health surveillance and vaccination initiatives.

Ø  Promote a safe and healthy workplace by educating employees on health, safety, and injury prevention practices, in compliance with manufacturing and OSH standards.

Ø  Manage fit-to-work and return-to-work evaluations, including medical referrals, work limitations, and coordination of occupational and non-occupational cases.

Ø  Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records, monitor sickness-related cases, and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and food safety regulations (PRP, HACCP, and site security).
