About the role

As the Company Nurse at MSM Philippines Mfg., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical and first-aid services to employees at our Calamba City, Laguna facility. This is a full-time role that requires you to be on-site to administer emergency care, manage medical records, and promote overall employee health and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

• Providing immediate first-aid and emergency care to employees who sustain injuries or become ill during their shifts
• Maintaining detailed medical records and incident reports to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the HR team to organise health and wellness initiatives, such as health screenings, vaccinations, and educational workshops
