Job Description

• Provide basic healthcare needs of employees, include also administering first aid.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatment, daily monitoring of employees with health concerns.
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information
• Responsible in coordinating company's health care provider, set-up APE for all employees administer emergency treatment in the workforce.
• Provide healthcare awareness, seminars and orientation to all employees.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, healthy eating and wellness programs. Coordinates with safety officer.
• Document employees health condition, injury illness and keep this information confidential.
• Assist HR/Admin Staff in other task such as, Daily Monitoring of Attendance (Direct and Agency Employees).
• Monitoring of Canteen facility, requirements and Personnel, Cleanliness, Healthy Menu etc....
