Company Nurse

Delivers basic medical care, administers emergency first aid, monitors employees' health, and supports workplace safety and wellness initiatives.

• Provide first aid, basic treatment, and administer approved over-the-counter medications to employees experiencing injuries or illness.
• Perform health evaluations, including pre-employment medical screenings and annual physical examinations.
• Safeguard confidential medical records, verify sick leave documentation, and ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
• Manage medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals and patient transport when needed.
• Plan and conduct health education sessions, wellness activities, and workplace health programs.
• Oversee clinic inventory by monitoring and replenishing medicines and medical supplies.
