Company Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Monitor employee health and assist in medical examinations (pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work)
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees
• Administer prescribed medications and assist in emergency situations
• Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
• Conduct health education and wellness programs for employees
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and clinic equipment
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and company health and safety regulations
• Prepare medical and incident reports as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
