Job Description

Company Nurse is responsible in providing basic health assessment of employee. 
Company Nurse is responsible in giving recommendation if employee is physically fit to work or not based on health assessment and/or supporting medical documents. 
Company Nurse is responsible in providing and keeping records of employees' health conditions from daily chief complaints, annual physical examination and pre-employment medical. 
Company Nurse shall be able to support the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) related activities, programs and reports. 
Company Nurse shall be able to support other HR related clerical matters. 
Qualification 
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 
With valid license as registered nurse. 
With Certificate of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Nurse. 
Preferably with minimum of 2 years' experience in related fields.
