Job description:

• Maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management.
• Conducts health assessment of health status of employees.
• Renders first aid or assistance to employees and customers in admission to healthcare facility if needed.
• Maintains, issues and monitors medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.
• Conducts physical examination to newly on board and sick employees and evaluate if they are already fir to work.
• Coordinates and ensures compliance by employees to company annual physical examinations.
• Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports to HR Supervisor and Manager.
• Posts health advisory in company bulletins and coordinates right agencies to conduct lectures or forum for employees.
