Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees when needed.
• Conduct initial health assessments and physical examinations.
• Dispense medicines and manage the clinic's medical supplies and inventory.
• Monitor and maintain records of employees' health status and medical consultations.
• Recommend medical referrals for further treatment if necessary.
• Implement health and wellness programs, including regular health education and preventive care activities.
• Assist in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
• Ensure the company complies with health regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of employee health records.
• Provide support in basic HR functions, such as timekeeping, and other HR-related tasks, as needed.
