Health Care Delivery and Management
Initial triage of employees, gives treatment or first-aid medication and health advice and/or counseling, as needed.
Conducts a follow through of employees who had sickness, injuries, accidents either through work location, house or hospital visit as needed.
Administers vaccines to employees during scheduled seasonal vaccination.
Provide individual counselling sessions on health care and maintenance, results of health screening and health promotion activities, family planning, exercise and nutrition, including dissemination of various health info, handouts, bulletins, etc.
Prepares and updates Health Care manual.

Assist in Pre-Employment Medical and Annual Physical Examination process and results assessment.
Monitor and maintain medical and other health related records of the Employees with confidentiality.
