Company Nurse

Provides immediate medical care, first aid, and health support to employees in a cold storage and warehouse environment. Promotes workplace wellness, ensures health compliance, and supports a safe and healthy workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid and emergency care
• Monitor employee health and maintain medical records
• Conduct fit-to-work assessments
• Manage HMO coordination, referrals, and endorsements
• Support safety drills, incident reports, and health compliance
• Implement wellness programs and health education
• Ensure compliance with DOH, DOLE, and company health standards

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (PHRN) with active license
• At least 1 year clinical or occupational health experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold facility areas
• Strong communication and organizational skills
