Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing with Professional Licensure
• Minimum of three (3) years of extensive work experience as Company Nurse in a Manufacturing firm
• Fresh Graduates with Professional Licensure are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with HRDA and Health Sub-Committee of the SHE Committee in the planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of health and wellness initiatives.
• Suggests healthcare and wellness related practices such as proper diet, good hygiene, sanitation and healthy lifestyle.
• Oversees the Healthcare and wellness awareness campaign by facilitating healthcare and wellness education, orientation, awareness seminars or discussion groups on relevant and prevalent health issues concerning employees.
• Supports the conduct of regular SSHE Toolbox meeting.
