Job Title: Occupational Nurse (Hotel-Based)

The Occupational Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of all hotel employees. This role involves providing immediate medical care, managing health programs, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards, and supporting wellness initiatives within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees in case of illness or workplace injury.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments.
• Maintain and update employees’ health records and medical files.
• Assist in implementing the hotel’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in coordination with the Safety Officer and HR.
