Company Nurse

Basic Function:

1. Responsible for providing prompt and efficient medical care to all employees, ensuring their health and well-being during work hours.

2. Responsible for assessing and triaging employee health concerns, maintaining accurate medical records (including maintaining HMO database) and coordinating with external medical providers when necessary.

3. Responsible in maintaining the health and wellness programs, managing mental health program and ensuring compliance with DOLE health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Knowledgeable of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as general healthcare practices and procedures.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees.
