Company Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Company Nurse to look after the health and safety of our employees. You will handle everything from minor cuts at the processing plant to ensuring our sea-going crew is fit for travel. Your goal is to keep our workforce healthy, safe, and ready to work.

Your Main Responsibilities

• First Aid & Emergency: Treat workplace injuries (cuts, falls, or sea-sickness) immediately.
• Health Checks: Perform physical exams on crew members before they go out to sea to make sure they are fit for duty.
• Medicine Management: Keep the clinic and ship medicine chests stocked. Make sure no medicine is expired.
• Safety Training: Teach workers how to lift heavy loads safely and how to use protective gear (PPE).
• Record Keeping: Maintain simple, organized medical files for every employee and track sick leaves.
