1. Clinical and Medical Services

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees during injuries, illnesses, or emergencies.
• Conduct routine health assessments, monitoring, and follow-ups for employees with medical concerns.
• Maintain and update employee medical records and health logs.
• Administer prescribed medications or treatments as needed (within allowable scope).
• Coordinate medical referrals for employees requiring further treatment.

2. Occupational Health & Safety (with SO2 Responsibilities)

• Assist in implementing and monitoring the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program.
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and prepare related reports.
