Company Nurse

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, clinical, or industrial setting
• Experience as a company or industrial nurse is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Able to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies
• Knowledgeable in preparing and maintaining DOLE-required documentation, including Annual Medical Reports, Work Accident/Illness Reports (WAIR), health surveillance records, and medical logs
• Willing to be assigned in Tanauan, Batangas
