Company Nurse

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• At least 1 year nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or industrial setting)
• Experience as a company/industrial nurse is an advantage but not always required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
• Calm and responsive during emergencies
• Ability to prepare and maintain DOLE-required reports and records, such as: Annual Medical Report, Accident/Incident Reports (WAIR), Health surveillance and medical logs
• Willing to be assigned in Tanauan, Batangas
