Key Responsibilities

• Provide necessary first aid treatments, medications, and medical advice/counseling to all NMS employees.
• Strictly implement and monitor all health and safety guidelines; making sure that it is being adhered to by all employees, especially Anti-COVID protocols.
• Control and monitor the dispensing of medicines and other medical supplies to employees; making sure that the inventory of clinic supplies is kept updated at all times.
• Coordinate with partner clinics regarding pre-employment medical exams of new hires to ensure compliance with the Department of Labor and Employments (DOLE) reportorial requirements.
• Ensure compliance with reports relating, but not limited, to Occupational Health and Safety, Labor Standards, and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) reportorial and monitoring requirements.
