Daily Issuance of medicine in Clinic and issuance to SG as need arises (with monitoring log sheet)
Monitoring of Lead Test of newly hired employees from requisition of budget needed up to receiving of result and forward it to Sr. Office Manager
Medical Surveillance and Medicines consumption record every 5th of the month
Daily inquiry monitoring record, submit to Sr. Office Manager every 15th and end of the month
Ensure that there is updated Contract of affiliated hospital/clinic/ retainers. Closely monitoring and renewal of contract
Blood pressure monitoring of concerned employees and assist employees who want to know their blood pressure with logbook, submit to Sr. Office Manager every Saturday
Hepa screening (for new regular), Anti HBS screening (for employees with vaccine/booster) and Hepa B Vaccine of regular employees every February of the current year (with record). Coordinate with Clinic about the schedule and preparation of memo
