Company Nurse

• Develop and implement health and safety programs
• Provide first aid and/or emergency treatment in the factory and construction areas
• Administer over-the-counter medication to the workers
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential
• Reports all work-related injuries/ accident to the Safety Officer for investigation and corrective actions
• Maintains inventory and stocks of clinic supplies
• May be given HR tasks such as government mandated benefits, etc.

Competencies

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse
• Must have a valid First Aider and BLS Certificate
• Can effectively deal with internal and external customers
• Ability to perform Basic Life Support and Advance Life Support
