Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles first aid and emergency care to employees for minor injuries and illnesses, and in more serious situations, coordinating with external healthcare providers and emergency services.
• Refer employees to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to set up protocols.
• Maintains accurate and confidential employee health records, including medical history, treatment plans, and health assessments.
• Identifies and assessed workplace hazards, implementing preventative measures, and educating employees on workplace safety practices.
• Ensures compliance with relevant occupational health and safety regulations, such as those set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
• Provides regular reports to management on employee health trends, safety issues, and program effectiveness.
