Company Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services and first aid to employees onsite
• Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employee health conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Assist in health and wellness programs, including vaccination drives and health seminars
• Coordinate with healthcare providers or hospitals as needed
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Handle minor emergencies and provide appropriate care until further medical attention is available
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives

Qualifications & RequirementsOptional / Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• With or without experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Willingness to work onsite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
