Role Overview

• The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care and nursing services to employees, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. The role includes administering medical treatment, implementing health and wellness programs, maintaining health records, managing the clinic's operations, and handling various administrative duties. Additionally, the Company Nurse will be responsible for liaising with local government units (LGUs) and government agencies, providing support during emergencies, and managing health insurance (HMO) recommendations.
