Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and resilient Registered Nurse to serve as our primary medical officer on-site. You will be responsible for the immediate healthcare needs of our construction workforce, ensuring compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) occupational health standards, and managing emergency response protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Emergency Care:
Provide immediate first aid and life support for site injuries (trips, falls, heat exhaustion, or machinery accidents).
Health Surveillance:
Conduct daily health checks, monitor vital signs, and maintain updated medical records for all site personnel.
Safety Collaboration:
Work closely with the Safety Officer to identify health hazards and implement preventive measures.
Medicine Management:
Inventory and dispense over-the-counter medications and maintain the site's first-aid station/clinic.
