The role involves providing occupational health services, managing workplace safety programs, and supporting the company's compliance with DOLE and OSH standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health assessments and medical check-ups for employees
• Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies on-site
• Maintain accurate health records and incident reports
• Implement workplace safety programs and monitor compliance with OSH standards
• Assist in safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification
• Conduct employee safety training and orientation sessions
