Section 1. Job Overview

The company physician will support the Talent Experience team in its objective on health & wellness. He/she will lead the clinic management both in Dumaguete (onsite) and in Manila (virtually). He/she will also collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that employees receive comprehensive healthcare and guidance.

This includes conducting health assessments, offering personalized wellness plans, and providing resources for mental health support. Furthermore, the physician will play a key role in initiating programs to help mitigate reported illness based on the current trends reported by the clinic. By fostering a culture of well-being, the company aims to enhance overall employee satisfaction, reduce absenteeism, and boost productivity.
