Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join a fast-growing digital/product company preparing for an SME IPO . The role will act as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) , responsible for end-to-end corporate governance, secretarial compliance, capital market regulations, and post-listing compliance.

You will work closely with Promoters, Board of Directors, CFO, Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, RTA, and Stock Exchanges to ensure smooth IPO ...
