The Company is a newly established, high-impact Joint Venture formed through a collaboration between agricultural cooperatives, a leading SACCO, and institutional partners. The JV is focused on agricultural value-chain development (coffee and macadamia) within the Mt. Kenya region, with a strong emphasis on governance, sustainability, and access to structured financing and international markets.
The Company is at a formative stage and is committed to strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and professional board processes from inception.
Role Description
