Job Description

• Keeping the whole office well maintained and in good condition.
• Conducting repairs and troubleshooting utility system issues. This may involve identifying problems, diagnosing malfunctions, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the utility systems.
• Waste disposal and management
• Communicate with HR Department to ensure that all facilities are functioning
• Other tasks given by the Management

Qualification

• At least 6 months of experience as a Utility/Cleaning personnel/
• Good communication skills
• Strong initiative skills
• Flexibility on time during shifts
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Pleasing personality and attitude
• Has good hygiene practices
• Willing to work fulltime and on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
• Can START ASAP
