You will provide top-notch clinical assessments and tailored treatments in patients' homes, all while maintaining a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional clinical assessments at home
• Manage your own schedule and patient caseload
• Access team support from the Home Physio Coordinator
• Advocate for patient welfare throughout recovery
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of NHS experience necessary
• Must hold HCPC registration and CSP membership
