As LATAM Compensation Analyst, you will use you be the lead compensation support for the LATAM region and partner across the compensation team compensation including completing data analysis, market pricing and other compensation programs.Responsibilities-- Integrate insights from the Business and Regionally aligned comp partners to produce ranges that reflect our talent strategies- Manage participation in compensation surveys to collect and analyze results to ensure company's competitive position- Prepare and deliver presentations to Comp Partners and other key stakeholders that identify issues, including tactical and strategic pay recommendations and/or solutions- Support business-aligned Compensation partners with analytics and insight, providing direct consultation to their clients when appropriate- Interpret trends, forecasts, and economic factors...
