Compensation Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the Compensation team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of University Health’s compensation programs, policies, and systems. This position assists with the collection, review, and analysis of jobs, pay, and market data to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, this role supports the daily operations of the compensation function, including position control updates, job evaluations, market data review, and equity maintenance. The Compensation Analyst also assists with processing position requests, preparing pay recommendations, and compiling reports to support departmental and organizational decision-making.
