Scopely is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub.What You Will DoDesign and administer compensation programs.
Support the development and execution of base‐pay structures, annual/merit reviews, promotions, equity and incentive programs.
Contribute to plan documents, policies and system enhancements to streamline processes.Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
Participate in survey submissions, perform market and cost analyses, and maintain salary ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Identify compensation enhancements and recommend adjustments to keep Scopely ahead of market trends.Analyze data and present insights.
Use data analyses and cost comparisons to evaluate compensation and benefits policies; prepare reports and dashboards that communicate findings and trends to executives and HR leaders.
