Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves analyzing market trends, designing competitive compensation packages, and administering benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with regulations.

EDUCATION ESSENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) is often preferred.

LEARNED EXPERIENCE
