Compensation & Benefits Analyst – Remote within Canada
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Execute annual compensation cycles, including Merit planning, validation, and implementation in alignment with established guidelines and timelines

Process standard pay actions (e.g., out-of-cycle increases), ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and adherence to compensation policies

Perform data validation, system uploads, audits, and reconciliations related to compensation changes and annual cycles
