Compensation and Benefits Associate

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for compliance and monitoring of employee contribution on government mandated benefits. The position is also responsible in maintaining and updating the information database of all employees

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Administer filing of government mandated benefits

2. Administer enrollment of government statutory benefits and accidental insurance for newly hired employees

3. Prepare and process claim and loan request for government mandated benefits and accidental insurance.

4. Prepare Compensation and Benefits related reports

5. Maintain records of employee contribution to government mandated benefits

6. Maintain and update information for all employees in HRIS

7. Issue and monitor cash card for newly hired employees

8. Assist in ensuring company certification for government mandated benefits compliance
