Job Summary:
The position is responsible for compliance and monitoring of employee contribution on government mandated benefits. The position is also responsible in maintaining and updating the information database of all employees
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer filing of government mandated benefits
Administer enrollment of government statutory benefits and accidental insurance for newly hired employees
Prepare and process claim and loan request for government mandated benefits and accidental insurance.
Prepare Compensation and Benefits related reports
Maintain records of employee contribution to government mandated benefits
Maintain and update information for all employees in HRIS
Issue and monitor cash card for newly hired employees
Assist in ensuring company certification for government mandated benefits compliance
