• Responsible in processing timely and accurately the following:
• Payroll B
• Consultant
• Yearly 13th Month Pay
• Checking and validation of the following:
• Direct and 3 agencies payroll, billing and yearly 13th month pay
• Provide assistance with the HRD Manager in establishing job levelling and salary pay structure.
• Checking of government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and TIN.
• Knowledgeable in computation and processing of alpha list and Tax refund.
• Responsible in processing 13th month payroll B.
• Lead the payroll team in the implementation of payroll portal.
• Prepare monthly attendance are for the release of rice incentives.
• Processing of cash advances of employees, including but not limited to:
• Seeking for approval of CFO
