Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Description

Lead the implementation of approved policies and programs to update the compensation strategy of Dangote Cement Côte d’Ivoire SA (DCCI).
Oversee employee well-being management to ensure that DCCI’s compensation is competitive and incorporates best practices to keep employees motivated.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of DCCI’s compensation strategy.
• Conduct benchmark surveys to identify new compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing salary rates in order to develop a more competitive compensation plan for DCCI employees.
• Supervise the execution of monthly payroll and approve periodic total compensation reconciliations.

• Ensure that income taxes, insurance, and other group-approved benefits are accurately paid and submitted on time.
