Compensation And Benefits

Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and salary adjustments.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), liaise with providers, and manage claims and enrollments.
Maintain and update employee compensation and benefit records accurately.
Generate and submit required reports to agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR) and assist in audits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leaves, and loans.
Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
Serve as HR point-of-contact for benefits inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
Bachelors degree (HRM, Business Admin, Psychology)
13 years experience in C&B or HR operations
HRIS and MS Office savvy
Clear communicator with good organizational skills
