Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support headcount planning, labor cost control, and implementation of rewards programs across Oman Cables Industry. The role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, compliance with approved manpower plans, and effective administration of incentive and compensation programs.
To ensure and supervisemanagement plan for HC & LC
Labor cost reconciliation
Ensuring implementation of employee grading system
Administering compensation & benefits Plans
Key Deliverables:
Support annual headcount planning and monitor monthly headcount movements.
Ensure all hiring and workforce changes comply with the approved Manpower Plan.
Maintain accurate headcount and workforce data in Workday / ERP systems.
Prepare monthly labor cost reports and variance analysis.
Support payroll flowback and labor cost reporting to Group HQ.
