Compensation and Benefits Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits
• Manage salary benchmarking and market analysis
• Administer HMO, insurance, leave, and other employee benefits programs
• Supervise compensation & benefits staff and payroll processes
• Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and headcount cost analysis
• Handle employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in compensation & benefits or payroll, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
