Generally responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, aligning all compensation systems with general labor market conditions and legal regulations to ensure compliance. Assist and liaison in all government- and company-initiated benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working in benefits and administration, liaising with government institutions.
• Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.
