Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation and Payroll Specialist for our Global Compensation Team based in Gdynia, Poland.
The Compensation and Payroll section is responsible for the delivery of compensation, benefits, time management and payroll processes within the DNV organization. The service ambition of the unit is to perform and further standardize global processes while delivering support which is tailored to the specific needs of business across different countries. You will also be engaged in various global projects where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas.
In your role you will be:
Assisting in salary adjustment and other compensation initiatives, such as bonus to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Monitoring and analyzing external market trends in payroll, benefits and compensation policies and programs, internal salary data, and benchmarks to support competitive compensation practices.
