Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches and data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR software platforms.
Maintain documentation of system errors and corrective actions.
Conduct regular audits of attendance and hiring data.
Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws and organizational standards.
